Hi folks, Bob here. You may have noticed that last Thursday, the U.S. House of Representatives opened its daily session as they have since this nations founding when Benjamin Franklin first proposed the idea. However, what was different about Thursdays prayer was that it was given by a Muslim Imam who praised” Allah” as the “one true God”, cited the Quran, etc. Unfortunately, this isnt the first time this has happened. Its happened during the Bush years too. Also, on last Friday, the National Cathedral in Washington D.C. was converted into a Mosque with an Islamic prayer service and Muslim prayer rugs laid out throughout the Cathedral, all pointing toward Mecca. A Christian woman stood up and disrupted the service by loudly proclaiming Jesus Christ as Lord as she was escorted out. The link below has the video of the Muslim prayer in Congress from Thursday as well as the video of the Christian woman disrupting the Muslim prayer service in the National Cathedral on Friday.
