Hi folks! Upcoming workshops at TDR (subject to numbers): Friday 5th July: 5.30-6.15pm Kettlebells and Cables – beginner and open level £5. No previous experience required. Covers the basic techniques for kettlebell swings and takes you through a full body workout using suspension cables and kettlebells. 6.20-7.20pm Aerial Hoop – beginner and open level £10. No previous experience required. A fitness class using aerial hoops to develop graceful new, fun skills with aerial conditioning to aid skill development, and working towards a routine for strength and fitness. 7.30-8.30pm Hands, Heads and Elbows (inversions) £7.50. Must have attempted headstands before as a minimum. A class aimed at developing handstand, headstand and elbow stand techniques and strength for pressing into them, using methods from both yoga and acrobatics. 8.20-9.30pm Aerial Yoga – (hips and leg flexibility focus) £10. No previous experience required. Uses a fabulous new hammock and a combination of yoga, fitness and acrobatics to achieve length and strength and relaxation. Saturday 6th July: 9.10-9.55am Kettlebells and Cables – beginner and open level £5. No previous experience required. Covers the basic techniques for kettlebell swings and takes you through a full body workout using suspension cables and kettlebells. Aerial Fitness/Gymnastics Conditioning - using gymnastics rings, parallettes, wall bars, a high bar, suspension cables, poles and a range of body weight based exercises to develop all over body strength in a gymnastics style class. Two options are available: 10-11am Beginner £10. No previous experience required. 10-12pm Open level £15. Suitable for those participating in any recent and regular exercise. 12.10-1.10pm Total Body Stretch £6. No previous experience required. 2.00-3.00pm Aerial Hoop – beginner and open level £10. No previous experience required. A fitness class using aerial hoops to develop graceful new, fun skills with aerial conditioning to aid skill development, and working towards a routine for strength and fitness. 3.10-4.10pm Pilates – beginner level £7.50. No previous experience required. Suitable for complete beginners covering all the Pilate’s fundamentals, or for those wishing to revisit their basics to focus on techniques. Sunday 7th July: 2.00-3.00pm Pole Fitness – open level (intermediate level minimum required) £10. Must have completed beginner level previously. A class aimed at developing your current skills on pole and improving strength for future progress, using routines to further develop all aspects of your fitness 3.10-4.10pm Freestyle Fusion – open level £7.50. This class requires that you have previous Pilates experience. Using a blend between Classical Pilates and Freestyle Fitness Yoga, this flowing class will develop flexibility and strength throughout the body. 4.15-5.15pm Pole Fitness – beginner level £10. No previous experience required. A fun total body workout aimed at developing skills and fitness training on a pole. · Book 3 or more workshops together and get 10% off the total price. · Remember to bring your workshop loyalty cards to get signed in to earn your free classes! · Places are only booked once payment is received and payments are taken on first come first served basis. · Please arrive 15mins before time stated if you have never trained at TDR Academy, 5mins before if you have! · You can pay by cash, cheque (to Tanya Ross), bank transfer or through paypal (subject to a 4-6% paypal fee depending on total amount).
