Hi friends, Coming into the very busy summer season we want to make sure that everyone is able to have the opportunity to get an appointment at the studio. Therefore we now have to enforce our cancellation policy for no-show appointments. The policy is 25% of your appointment you missed to be charge at your following appointment. We will only be applying the policy to no- show appointments. If you let us know you wont be able to make the appointment beforehand you wont be charged. This allows us to make sure that everyone has the opportunity to secure an appointment at the studio.
