Hi friends I am 22 years old completed 1 yr of service in bank My experience says that in banking sector all d leaders are selfish as they are just thinking abt their bright future frist then some remaining for the young bankers last final conclusion i am thinking to just wait and watch till the wage settlement and will get the result before me to continue with the bank or to move out by leaving the branch What do u think should i leave Banking sector and try for other sector as soon please i dont want to blame my self in future as i am just 22 years old I can waste 1 yr in preperation of other exams also . . . . . .
