Shared a glass of wine thru the phone line with my last customer, a special ed teacher. He wants his bill in swaheli. After having a man accuse me of being stupid for not being able to explain why his bank knew how much his bill was to two calls coming in at exactly the same time (totally impossible and how do u choose which one to disconnect) to a floridian getting forwarded mail from an address she had 15 years ago proving identity theft for electricity, girlfriends getting mad at boyfriends and getting them disconnected===was there a full moon this week?? Anyway , my last call and shared glass of wine and a thousand laughs was just what i needed!!!
