Hi guys. Does anyone here take Forceval vitamin supplements? As my hubby and I want to try for a baby in the nearish future, I began taking Folic acid, crushing a pill and taking it daily. However, my dietician telephoned me and mentioned Forceval - a one-stop vitamin and mineral supplement, one soluble tablet like Berocca daily. But it makes me SO nauseous. I have NEVER been able to tolerate any form of Zinc, and I do really want to try and keep at this. Ive emailed her to find out if there are any solutions and am keeping going with it since Im hoping the more I take it the less nauseous Ill feel until it stops making me feel that way. Can anyone here confirm this as something theyve experienced? Tonight I had toast and coffee after and it was much better. And, I never take it on an empty stomach.
