Hi guys, I just have to share this. It is seldom that I create a new recipe and feel that I absolutely nail it, but I really feel that Ive pulled it off here. This is a fusion of Durbans world famous recipe, my Mums secret recipe, and my 70yr old auntys recipe, with a little bit of Middle-Eastern and South Indian cuisine twist that I am recently experiencing on my travels.
