Hi i have recovered from the 13 hr flight, even though it was a good one. Headed to the Dubai Mall last night and a spectacular water fountain show set to music, very impressive. The worlds largest building has also there the Burj Al. Not too shabby! Hope to head out a tour today, something airconed about 42 degrees here and humid, the holy ramadaam period is being observed here until 8 Aug, no eating, drinking even water, or smoking in public. Out of consideration to the non moslem people, they have set up temporary areas where you can smoke drink and eat, no rules about food and smoking in the same area here! Mainly outside under an umbrella. I hope the sky will be a bit clearer today, so i can take some photos, will check in tomorrow :-)
