Hi (insert name), I would like to connect with you on my LinkedIn. Im sure there is a good reason why I would like to do this but I never spend any time on LinkedIn to find out why. I just know that LinkedIn tells me that I want to connect with you on LinkedIn and so please connect with me on LinkedIn. Also, if we both pay extra, we can get LinkedIn Heaven, a post death way that LinkedIn ensures that we stay connected beyond the grave and for eternity. This solves all sorts of existential fears about death, loss, and grief without having to FEEL any thing. We can just be freaking professional about things forever and ever in an unfeeling eternity of back slapping, business cards, and networking with no purpose.
