Hi ladies, I was diagnosed with POF, due to a small deletion on one of my X chromosomes in 2008 (only 28yrs and only just came off the pill that hid my symptoms for x amount of time prior). I have been off all medication for over a year now and feel in total control. :D I was not in control back in 2008 prior being diagnosed and lost my job. I dont know if this is due to the amount of time (6yrs) that has past or due to my diet being very healthy (lots of fruit and varied veg, little meat, green/herbal tea and a large range of supplements). My only symptoms I have now some hot flushes in a warm environment and insomnia (but that I believe is due to an over active mind not shutting off from work). I was wondering if anyone else has similar experiences?
