Hi lads. I am with Emobile Ireland I was over charged in my bills since september 2013 I rang a customer service rep and was treated disrespectfully. I e-mailed customerservice and basically told me they will give me back the money into my bill account which was their goodwill gesture. Which I think is a joke I didnt get an apoloige for the rudeness of the customerservice rep ontil i had to say it to them in the email again.... word of warning watch your bills.... I found them extremely rude to to be treated like dirt is an understatement.... any goid networks out there lads..... Is there somewhere higher up I can complain bout this....
