Hi lovely Loxy followers! I feel SO behind on FB posts recently and keeping you all updated with whats going on here! First off HAPPY NEW YEAR (I know its a tad late for that haha!) and thank you all so so much for your support over the last year (and every year!) Loxys really has gone from strength to strength and for that I thank my epic staff and incredible clients. Who knows where the next year will take us!!! Weve seen some reluctant staffing changes with the loss of our amazing Heather and this week being Maddies final week. But we also welcome two awesome newbies Amber (who started last week as a stylist) and Rachel who starts in 4 weeks as our new Salon Manager. This year my focus is on all of us working smarter not harder and the hours within the salon will be changing to allow more late nights for you all to see us and 4 day working weeks for the girls so they have a bit more work/life balance. Personally Ill be taking a step back from the floor (reduced hours not off it completely as I love it too much hehe) and spending more time on the business rather than on the floor, with the view for me too to have more work life balance and de-stress a bit. So its full steam ahead on training and setting up some new systems to be able to keep being the best Loxy ladies we can be. Well keep you posted on our plans along the way but trust that everything we do, we do with our clients needs top of mind so youll always be well looked after and taken care of here.
