Hi loves! Im so excited about meeting together again tomorrow night for the first time since our amazing Christmas Party! Thank you all for being so full of grace and flexible with my needing to change the night we meet from Wednesday to Tuesday. When given the choice to keep our meetings on Wednesday nights without me & have someone else lead & host or switch the night, most of you did not hesitate to switch the night ;) so thank you for that! I feel loved and blessed to have each of you in my life! Its a joy to serve alongside each of you. :) There are only 2 of you total with a conflict in the schedule and one can work around it and the other, our precious Ruth Leavitt, unfortunately will not be able to join us, which is devastating to me! I know its hard to arrange the schedules of 30+ of us to all line up. We all have families and busy lives. But my desire is that no one who desires to be with us is ever excluded. So with that, my hope is that this change will only need to be temporary. Once my husband is not traveling for work during the week anymore, which is scheduled to happen about mid-February, he will gladly share in Daddy Duty to free me up a bit. So Im hoping this will only effect us for a couple of months and then we can go back to the original schedule so that everyone can join us! It has been brought to my attention that not everyone has Facebook or is able to check updates and such on this Womens Group Page regularly. I apologize that some have been inadvertently left out of the loop. Trust me, that is not my intent or heart and I feel bad about that. With caring for a large family and home by myself all week while my husband travels, in addition to running a Counseling Practice, a Womens Ministry, helping with other Ministry related things, finishing up some Counseling Specialty Coursework, completing the process of Ordination, Foster Parenting Training beginning, preparing for some upcoming Workshops and writing a book, I truly am running 100 miles per hour and living extremely sleep deprived. ;) I count it all a great honor, privilege and joy and makes no excuses for oversights and I appreciate your patience, grace and offers of assistance. I am absolutely ready to begin taking you up on your offers, so be ready! ;) I am trying to come up with a better system for communicating schedule changes and things and have some ideas about that so hang with me. :) Tomorrow is going to be a great topic and time together. If you miss it, you will miss out on a lot. I promise! :) Feel free to invite a friend, family member, co-worker or neighbor. For snacks, I have no particular theme this week, so anything goes!
