Hi, my name is Laura Vilardo, and I am a student of interaction and product design at the University of San Marino. The reason I am writing you is that I am currently conducting a research project aimed at investigating the user experience of MOOC, to fulfill the requirements for my graduation. To this aim I have prepared a brief online questionnaire that I am now kindly asking you to fill in. The survey is completely anonymous, and filling it in should not take you more than 5-10 minutes. In the survey I cover several topics, from the motivations for taking a MOOC to the issues faced in taking it. By participating in this research, you will help me understand better this new and fascinating world, identify common issues and reasons for failures in completing courses. I strongly believe, in fact, that in order to be able to design better courses, nothing can be more valuable than learning from experiences of real users.
