Hi my name is Tannis Stephansson and i will be instructing the kickboxing class. Just thought i would post a description and purpose of my kickboxing class. This class includes a combination of several kinds of kicks, punches, and defensive moves integrated with some traditional aerobic exercises. This class will improve endurance, speed, strength, and your overall health. It is the ultimate class for fat burning and body sculpturing. I give options for modification so anyone can participate. Come join me for a class filled with fun and safe exercise that can be enjoyed by any age or body type.
