Hi there, I just wanted to provide my feedback from my experience with Copplestones Bridal. It is a great city centre location, I walked past the shop recently and had a little smile as I was reminded of how much I enjoyed my bridal shopping experience. I was able to make an appointment online and at short notice for an hour on a Saturday so I was happy and impressed before I had even left the house. Excited to have a look around Copplestones; I arrived with my mum nearly an hour early and this was no problem. The customer service was fantastic, relaxed and very informative. I was not quizzed about my budget and I was not pestered but offered perfect assistance. I was able to try on dresses before the hour of my appointment and Copplestones were even able to provide me with shoes, in my size, as I had not brought heels. I was very impressed with the range of designs and sizes available. The prices of the dresses are fantastic and I would recommend any bride to pay Copplestones a visit!!! Jemma and Maxine were a fantastic help, a real asset to Copplestones!!! Many thanks for making my bridal shopping so pleasant and easy!
