Hi there! Im looking for a roommate for any time in February or March 1 to live in a 2 bed, 2 and a half bath in an adorable part of Wesley Heights. Super close to Uptown/South End/Dilworth. I just purchased a gorgeous town home and am looking for someone whose tidy, respectful, and has a similar 8-6 schedule as myself. No pets, sorry! About the town home: 2 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. Both have bathrooms attached. Yours has a good closet, and the room is big enough for a queen size bed and a dresser or desk. Laundry is upstairs in between the two rooms (which is nice for added privacy). Downstairs is hardwood and an updated kitchen. I am looking super forward to decorating! Parking spaces for both of us are in front of the home. Split utilities. 12 month lease with proof of offer letter or pay stubs. Standard stuff :) About me: 25 year old single female professional. I like to keep it low key during the week (workout after work, cook a nice dinner, watch some TV, hang out with friends, wine night, etc) and like to have it quiet during the week. On the weekends I do go out, but Im not a huge partier. Looking for someone with a similar lifestyle as myself :) Hopefully we become friends!
