Hi there, Josh here. Do you frequently hear that atheists are arrogant? I do. I personally may well be (I do own egodriven.net), so its certainly not something were all innocent of, but atheism itself is just a concept; And a humble one at that. Atheism is simply saying that you dont believe in gods. Thats it. Compare that to the position of most American theists; They have a personal relationship with the creator of the universe. They know His name, that he wants things of us, and what specifically those things are - despite the fact that none of them have a shred of evidence to back up these claims. Excuse me, but do you have a minute to talk? Im on a mission from God to save your soul. And they say atheists are the arrogant ones? I dont claim to know the answer to every question, because the data just isnt there. Which is why Im pretty damned sure the people who DO claim to know all the answers - because an ancient and easily falsified tome told them - are full of shit. Its fair enough, I think. I never claimed to have all the answers. Im just understandably cautious around those who do. - Josh
