Hi were looking for additional Software Testers / QA Engineers with the qualifications below. Familiarity/Knowledge with VB.Net/C#/ASP.Net and software testing work experience is a bonus. Position Type: Permanent, Opportunity to work from home/office 3. Duties and Responsibilities : a. Work with developers and QC/QA personnel to adequately identify and document issues, opportunities and results. b. Use software testing tools in automating functional testing. c. Set up the system with the appropriate data for testing. d. Performing the testing of existing and new application functionalities. e. Identify program bugs. f. Performing verification of program bug fixes. g. Prepare and documenting test result. 4. Required Skills a. Logical thinking and process oriented. b. Knowledgeable in any scripting language. c. Good computer skills, able to operate a computer, navigate through the World Wide Web and using standard office software applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). d. Strong communication skills. e. Comfortable in written and spoken English. f. Strong attention to detail and quality. 5. Desired Skills a. Experience in automated/load testing tools. b. Knowledge in programming experience preferable. 6. Education Requirements a. Post-secondary education in any technology related course. 7. Personal Attributes a. Work with high level of autonomy and able prioritize work to meet deadlines. b. Detail oriented. c. Able to work in a virtual team environment. d. Able to work flexible hours in order to work with team members from different time zones. 8. Other a. With a reliable high speed internet setup b.
