Hi, would like to remain anonymous. A few weeks ago a lady that I work with started missing work and coming in late almost on a daily basis. Over the weekend I found out that she is currently living at a shelter with her 19 month old daughter and her helper, the helper is a wonderful person and has been looking after the child during the day at the shelter while my colleague is at work. She is currently looking for a place to stay for the 3 of them but things have not been easy. Every place is looking for a deposit and first months rent which she does not have at the moment. Her husband has abandoned her and her child and has moved in with another woman. Im appealing to anyone who may have a cottage or knows of someone who can help. This woman is hard-working and always puts her child and helper first, she just deserves one small break in life. This lady is in JHB. Thank you.
