Hi writers! I have to say that you must join a critique group, or form one. Some of us from here formed a small one for YA and its really great to get feedback. Yes its hard sometimes to be that vulnerable, but it is worth it. https://youtube/watch?v=cZ7XXrRhXgI This is a GREAT scene ,that I have never forgotten, where you see an insecure George mirror Martys exact words in an earlier scene in the film. Then at the end, you see that he gains confidence and thus becomes a famous author. Seriously this film really shaped my self confidence for putting myself out there with art, animation, acting, and writing. :)
