Hi, yall. Im Aaron, Brendas husband. Just want to update you on her status. I dont know how much of this you already know, so will start at the beginning. She was hospitalized Sept 4(her birthday) with a severe backache. They eventually diagnosed an infection in her spine. After several weeks in the hospital she was transferred to a rehab facility. She came home Nov 23. She went back in the hospital Jan 22. A different infection in the same spot. Two and a half weeks in the hospital, then back to Pinelake to learn to walk again. Last Sunday she had a tightness in her chest and is back in the hospital with blood clots in her right lung. The Dr says shes in no danger. Shes being treated with Coumadin. And thats where we are.
