Hi you crazy lot! I hope youre all fired up for tomorrows Jason special! Im sure hell be putting a post up tonight with regards to weigh ins etc so wait for that tonight if you have any questions. Unfortunately, once per year most of us coaches have to attend an essential training weekend to enable us to keep doing what we are doing for you, that is this weekend. If youre coach is not at fit club tomorrow then fret not :) another coach will be there to look after you. Train hard people! Bash that fat and most of all, HAVE FUN!!!
