What a transformation! Joanne started coming to Lisburn Bootcamps in March. Look at her now! I had an interview with Joanne and heres what she says about Bootcamps: 1.Why did you decide to join Tribal Bootcamps? I heard that Gillian was starting a bootcamp in Lisburn. I thought Id give it a go and see how it went so a few girls out of work got together and decided to take the plunge!! 2.What were your feelings before the first session? TERRIFIED!!! It had been a long time since I had done any form of exercise. 3. How did you feel after your first session? It was tough. Gillian pushed us to the limit. I could hardly walk, felt faint, sick, out of breath, red in the face and sweaty. So all in all a good session! 4. What did you enjoy most about Tribal? I enjoy exercising outdoors and that its all women. Also I enjoy having me time again as it fits in well with the children. I like the way no two sessions are the same and you can take it at your own pace. 5. What changes have you noticed since you joined Tribal? I have noticed a multiple of changes since starting bootcamp in March...... I have lost 1 stone 3lbs on weight, dropped a dress size, feel so comfortable in my clothes and feel great about myself. Its not only my body, but my mind, body and soul!! It had given me a new outlook on life! 6.Would you recommend Tribal? Definitely! Its such a great workout, atmosphere and works wonders on your body. I never thought after the first session that I would feel like this. Im glad I stuck at it! Thank you so much for a kick start back to a healthy life. Im so glad I got off the sofa and gave it a go. Its the first time that I have shifted so many lbs and inches so quickly! Well done Joanne!
