Higher Everyday Sunday, December 28, 2014 YOUNG OVERSEER TEXT:“And it came to pass from the time he had made him overseer in his house………. and the blessing of the LORD was upon all that he had in the house, and in the field”. (Genesis 39:5) Josiah at age eight began to govern the nation of Israel; David became a great and a renowned hero as a youngster; Daniel and his three Hebrew friends excelled in the Babylonian leadership academy. As a youth, you too can distinguish yourself. It is His will for you to attain highest positions in your spiritual, academic and social endeavours. For Joseph in Egypt, challenges were not barriers but steppingstones to breakthrough. If you too will allow God to have His way in your life, you will definitely reach your God appointed place no matter the obstacles. You are not too young to do exploit. All you need to do is awaken your inborn potentials, lean on God and He will guide you to higher ground. But you must be God’s child for Him to take you to such a position of success.
