Highlight of my weekend in Miami: the ride I had at Flywheel with Aleah. In my best effort to not sound like a cheeseball- it was transcendental (I failed). The music, the fluidity of the ride and terrain, the cueing- frickin awesome. It upped the ante all over again- thank you for inspiring me as a rider and an instructor- dang I love this job. And how fun getting to ride with fellow instructor Katy Kellner?!
