Highlight of the day...got a new do! Jet black with purple "peek a boo" high lights! Yay! The low of the day/weekend... A little repair on the deck has ended up with us (Jeff) having to tear whole deck down after finding the doors going out to the deck were not flashed correctly. The wood support connected to the house is rotted all the way through. We originally thought that it was worse than it is but, we were not expecting to replace whole deck! Most disappointing about the whole deck is that the previous owner purposely hid it by Covering the rotten wood with new wood on top so it would pass inspection! To think the previous owner are local realtors who had to know what they were doing!!
