Hilarious...I dont baste my quilts with thread or safety pins anymore, I use washable school glue. I do half of the quilt at a time and then when the other half is glued (its all on the floor) I step around on it going this way and that carefully, but it must look just silly! It looks like a rain dance. Then I sweep it starting from the center out to the edges to make sure all wrinkles are out. Hubby said he needs a video of me dancing on my quilt to send to Funniest Home videos. Looks like a rain dance and wouldnt you know...we just got a severe thunderstorm warning on the TV ...LMDO(laughing my dentures out). :D
