Hindawi Publishing Corporation is now hiring Senior Training Specialist: Job Duties: • Assess training needs through the TNA meetings, interviews with employees, or surveys • Determine the targeted behaviors that need to be changed after attending each training course • Follow up on the implementation of the annual training plan within the annual training budget set for each year • Negotiate contracts with Training Providers including desired training outcomes, fees or expenses • Assist with maintaining testing evaluation procedures to be used at completion of training • Attend meetings and seminars to obtain information for use in training programs • Ensure the training documents, HR documents, and records are current with the ISO standards • Update and implement the HR Orientation session material Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in any field • 3-5 years of related experience • HR certificate or diploma is a must Qualified candidates are welcomed to send their resumes to jobs@hindawi.
