#Hippocrates! Let your food be your medicine and your medicine be your food. Almost everyday I bring bekal ..usually I bring simple meal such as pasta/mee, rice with 1 main dish for packed breakfast/lunch to work. Boleh lah untuk isi perut..yang penting NO MSG dan mengenyangkan ;-) Yes, rice is the king of comfort foods.. #Inspiration! Alex convinced me to have healthy lifestyle. Actually if you still wanna eat rice but not gain weight, you could consider trying brown rice and I decided to give it a try due hectic daily schedule & lack of fiber intake in my daily. Already a month, I eat brown rice and its more filling and even healthier than white rice. Like he had mentioned, exercise, balanced meal, vege & fish, thats the only way.. no short cut! Gracias..
