Functional Responsibilities: 1.Lead the prioritization of product requests from CFUs based on their impact and ensure proper allocation of resources to product development function 2.Ensure that all the products are delivered to CFUs in line with the prioritization and business objectives. 3.Direct the development the capabilities roadmap jointly with Enabling 4.Ensure cross-leveraging of existing capabilities to maximize reuse of platforms and pre-products available in the capability portfolio. 5.Manage the delivery of pre-product platform capabilities requested from the enabling layer to ensure that timelines fit with commitments to CFUs 6.Lead the end-to-end management of delivery from product idea through to UAT by managing the resources internally within PBDH. 7.Communicate with CFUs in case of any concerned raised related to their request. 8.Direct the engagement with enabling layer to deliver required capabilities and manage stakeholders expectation in CFUs 9.
