Treasury: • Plan and execute the financial transactions of the Company and ensure that adequate working capital is on hand, forecast cash requirements, and invest cash surpluses. • Initiate appropriate relationships with the investment and banking communities and ensure compliance with covenants and restrictions associated with corporate liabilities. • Inaugurate and maintain adequate financial accounting infrastructure for the purposes of capital budgeting, financial forecasting, and project finance. • Oversee, as necessary, the design and implementation of all pension and trust matters, including, as appropriate, plan design, investment strategies, valuation, fund contributions, and consultant management.
