Position Accountabilities: •Participate & support the pre-order process wherever applicable and later in the conclusion of the Contract Review. •Implement Project Launching process internally and externally (Project launch internally & Kick off - Acknowledgement of PO with Customer) •Monitor the Job Progress on a continuous basis towards meeting the project milestones and Job Outline Objectives over weekly progress meetings with all the concerned internal depts. / individuals. •Co-ordinate with both the Customer and cross functional department on a continuous basis. •Monitor & Initiate on course corrections to unforeseen slippages to meet the above Objectives. •Highlight the potential events / cases of risks towards meeting the stated objectives to the Management attention at an early stage. •Develop a cordial relationship with Customer and various department within EATON •Review the Job Progress, Budgeted to Actual performances and identify possibilities for improvement •Participate effectively in the receivables meetings, BG and LC related issues. •Develop, Implement & Follow the Mile stones for every project with Customer & EATON team. •Ensure a close coordination among the Technical support team & Sales Team. •Develop & Manage Customer reports & documentations to meet the project requirements. •Lead & Manage the follow up with respective factories / sub-vendors to achieve the project mile stones & Customer Inspection. •Liaise with Customer for the necessary release documents (IRN, SRN, etc…) to ensure smooth execution of the project. •Manage the shipping documents for contractual purposes and job closing. •Perform contractual JOB CLOSING with the Customer.
