Visit Middle East Jobs >> bit.ly/midejobs Please Follow >> bit.ly/mideastjobs Aldara Hospital and Medical Center is seeking applicants for the position of Project Manager who will have overall responsibility for the successful completion of assigned Lawson ERP project implementations. Projects are typically large in size, have several phases and extend over a period of time. The position requires analytical and technical thinking across multiple areas of responsibility, along with an understanding of each project component’s role, impact on objectives and results, and direct connection to client satisfaction. This position requires experience in handling projects and scenarios that are high in complexity and risk, providing robust communication planning and execution, and performing issue resolution in a timely manner. The Project Manager functions as lead communicator to Aldara Med. management on project related matters and delivers the project within the contractual parameters set forth in the Statement of Work including any approved scope changes. •Responsible for all aspects of Aldara Med. deliverables over the entire project lifecycle while utilizing the Aldara Med. Implementation Methodology. Must manage project scope, risks, communications, issue management and ensure satisfaction of project objectives. Provides overall project leadership for the team. •Ensures that all team members fully understand their respective roles and responsibilities on the project. •Works with Aldara Med. project leads to manage team schedules, resource preparation and deliverables. •Ensures that sign-offs and contract amendments are signed and returned in keeping with schedule and prerequisite requirements. •Works with Aldara Med. PMO and IT work-stream to make sure resource needs are adequately supported and future needs incorporated in formal plan. •Develops and maintains a project plan incorporating all project activities and assignments. •Collaborate with other Aldara Med. project leads to develop and maintain consultant calendars that identify schedules and topics for the delivery of consulting services to clients remotely or in person. •Responsible for maintaining the project SharePoint site as the designated centralized storage of project deliverables. •Ensures project completion is within budget, on schedule and has met or exceeded client expectations. •Manages project team performance and provides feedback to other Aldara Med. leads for use in performance evaluations. •Responsible for preparing and presenting weekly status reports including % complete of tasks, outstanding issues/actions and actual vs. budget reporting and analysis. •Works effectively with internal departments to achieve cross-department support for the project. •Works with Aldara Med. colleagues, management, clients, and other resources in a collaborative manner to reach decisions and solve problems. •Acts as a role model for Aldara Med. and sets high standards for conduct, work and leadership. •Prepares for and presents at Steering Committee Meetings as appropriate.
