Definition and implementation of On Boarding plans. Support in the preparation of reports and database updates, including Key Performance Indicators (KPI) analysis. Maintain the curricula base up to date. Implement policies, procedures and processes within the region respecting company needs. Provide assistance to the Internship and Global Trainee Programs. Suggest and evaluate services suppliers.
