The company holds exclusive distributorship rights in Oman for many world-class brands including Honda, Panasonic, Toyo, Yanmar, GE, Black & Decker, Raymond Weil, Kolber, Dow, Prominent, Culligan, Alba, BPL, Aftron, Rheem, Hamilton Jet and ADNOC.About the Job: We are looking to recruit an experienced Operations Manager for our Honda Aftersales Operations - Omasco. Reporting to the National After sales Manager the position will be based in Muscat. Job Purpose: To add value and improve the department net contribution, by identifying operational performance outside the norm and creating and implementing effective solutions. Where necessary, changing Business processes, and implementing new marketing techniques. To ensure that all service centers have a team of motivated and performing individuals who follow the procedures and processes of the company to achieve budgeted targets provided for the location and ensures that customers receive consistent, timely and excellent customer service that becomes a competitive business strategy in retaining customers. Key Responsibilities will include the following: * Ensure that revenue streams are maintained for all locations. To support all Service managers, by providing senior management support to these locations during their absence or leave times. Takes charge during the absence of the National After Sales Manager * Ensure that turnover and net contribution figures are achieved for all directly reporting locations. * Analyse across every location, productivity, efficiency and utilization ratio report, using the results to poor performing locations and implementing action to improve performance. In addition to review fixed and variable costs at each location to ensure variances are minimized and net contribution is maximized. * Ensures that the service initiation process is followed effectively in bringing in the customers vehicles due for service and monitors the control of service appointments provided. * Ensures that all products related technical problems reported are resolved with help of technical support manager. * Liaise with the service marketing executive on service and marketing campaigns, and ensure their successful implementation. Systems to be in place to collect information on competitor activities and their impact on business. * Improving business practices across all emirates implement processes and manage staff attitude changes to continuously improve the levels of customer satisfaction.
