Hiring Our Heroes (HOH) Job Fair This Toyota-sponsored hiring event is being conducted by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce, the Department of Labor Veterans’ Employment and Training Service (DOL VETS), the Arkansas Committee of the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, The American Legion, the Arkansas Department of Labor, NBC News, and other local partners on 1 October 2013 at the State House Convention Center. It is a free event that is only for veterans, military members currently serving and military/veteran spouses. The EGSR will be conducting a Pre-Event Workshop on 24 September 2013 at RMTC. Soldiers will contact Don Quinn, Employment Transition Coordinator, 501-212-4313, to reserve a seat in this workshop that will focus what a resume should look like, interviews, how to look for a job, and a strategy going into a job fair.
