Develop and establish the condition monitoring programs and policies and provide expert advice on interpretation of condition and performance monitoring data along with the recommended action plan required to provide assurance on reliability and availability of equipment • Ensuring the Condition monitoring system, equipment and tools are in place to support the availability and integrity of the plant equipment. • Ensuring the standardisation of all condition monitoring systems and equipment. Maintaining and improving the condition monitoring systems to assure the availability, reliability and integrity of the rotating equipment in view of our client’s high standards and requirements. • Plan, supervise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives • Train and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective section objectives. • Implement approved Section policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order to support execution of the Section’s work programs in line with Company and International standards. Comply with all applicable legislation and legal regulations. • Provide input for preparation of the Department budgets and assist in the implementation of the approved budget and work plans to deliver Section objectives. Investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control. • Contribute to the achievement of the approved performance objectives for the section in line with the Company Performance framework. • Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes.
