We are looking for a switched on, fast paced candidate to manage our client relationships and needs. The Role: Consult with and identify client needs Implementation of procedures, policies and practices Create user manuals Manage client relationships Problem solve Troubleshooting Process improve Identify new client targets Day to day you will consult with clients, be the liaison between the operations team, ensure a smooth process for clients and scope for new business possibilities. The Right Person: As the role is a client relationship manager position, we are looking for someone with a solid understanding of bookkeeping, of BAS, and knowledge of Xero software (Xero certified a definite advantage!). You may have a background in accounting, or come from a similar industry in a client/account management position. You will be dynamic, flexible, adaptable, have the ability to think outside of the square, be passionate about process improvement and have exceptional customer service & communication skills.
