His LOVE is EVERLASTING... God told them, Ive never quit loving you and never will. Expect love, love, and more love! (Jer 31:3) Unlike human love, Gods love for you never wears out. His love for you is patient, persistent, persevering. His love never gives up on you, no matter what you do His love never gives up. God will never love you any more than He does right now, but He also will never love you any less than He does right now. He loves you on your good days and on your bad days. God’s love is not conditioned by your response. His love is unearned, undeserved, all you do is just receive it! Gods greatest demonstration of love was not in response to our righteousness, but rather it was in response to our rebellion. His love for you doesnt count how many times He has forgiven you. He never exposes sin for condemnation but for cleansing. It makes me sick to see who some Christians love exposing the sins of others, but would never want their sin exposed. True love, Gods love covers situations where it was hurt and doesnt bring them to mind. It’s easy to look around at the church and see many examples of what un-love looks like. Theres enough of that crap to empty every church from those who need Gods love to restore them. Lets be careful of not falling into the trap of having that same critical spirit ourselves. Its imperative for the future and wholeness of the coming generations that WE become part of the solution by manifesting Gods love in all we say and do. Love will not criticize those it covers, nor will it compromise the faults it perceives. Love will address the errors of its object in a helpful manner. LOVE RESTORES FAILED HOPE. When we serve others by love them through their hurts, pains and every crappy thing that happened to them. God will rewards us with His joy because our motivation was not to expose but to love. When we sow love, we reap love and that love is enough! Love is its own reward! Happy Monday Everyone!
