Hispaniola or what we know today as the Dominican Republic was - TopicsExpress

Hispaniola or what we know today as the Dominican Republic was inhabited by a tribe of people called mullatos, that was before the Europeans (Spain) and Christopher Columbus invaded the country and killed off an entire civilization and colonized the country for Spanish Europeans settlers. After this was done they started bringing in African slaves to build the colony, the settlers then started to fornicate with the female slaves creating a mix breed of African and Spanish people(dominicans),over the years there were more Africans in Hispaniola then European settlers. And this was all done before Spain sold part of the country to France which we now know as Haiti.
