Hmm...poverty is truly a desease. I guess we all now know why our leaders prefer to keep us impoverished? Simple. A hungry man thinks with his belly! The 1st instinct of an impoverished person is survival. So, the rice...beans...eggs...fish...money etc...that he sees with you makes you his potential hero! Everything else is pure PHD or professoral grammar to him. As long as u keep poverty in your household...you are compromised. And true democracy will remain illusive. We all have to work towards erradicating poverty. Start with yourself today. Make deliberate efforts to educate & financially empower yourself...empower your immediate and extended family members & members of your community etc. Touch lives. Spread the wealth. This, I believe is one of the strongest ways of keeping these pretenders to democracy away or under our control. Have a nice week ahead.
