Hmm where do I start from? is it the bullet proof cars, the National conference or the prolonged ASUU strike? There are just so many issues that we have lost count of the injustice by our so called rulers particularly the government of PDP. Nigeria is the only country where the citizens overpay for services not rendered in other to fund the executive exuberance of the rulers and boy it is very profitable! The cost of the airline tickets are very cheap but by the time you calculate the taxes paid on the tickets it is x 3 and yet there is no value for the services paid for as well as other uncountable services. There is double or multiple taxation because of the internal revenue drive, duplication of functions by ministries and parastatals just for that purpose. How much is ASUU asking for?and how much are those bullet proof cars? I hope those cars are not just bullet proof, but also have wings that can fly and is crash resistant. But if those cars are to be driven on this same road that has claimed the lives of notable Nigerians like Rufus Giwa, Abubakar Rimi plus hundreds of distinguished Nigerians, then madam minister you are sitting on a long thing. If David Mark and Co are suddenly bereft of ideas, they should quit the National Assembly because it is the honorable thing to do and not just occupy space and abdicate the duty we pay them to do to the so called National conference because there are Nigerians that can get the job done. National Conference is not the way forward because we are too diverse and those so called elders that will claim to represent the people are analog in their disposition and will only go there make some noise and grab whatever they can for their pockets as it is diversionary and another drain pipe of public funds which brings the question again, how much is ASUU asking for? Our rulers are not accountable to us and their children dont attend public schools and that is the effrontery to be unperturbed by the ASUU strike. Not all of us can go to the streets and carry placards but we can make our voices to be heard and in this small space of mine, it is on record that I said something.
