Hmmm. Stan just posted this to a friends post. He thought that it may help someone else here. By the way, 11 years will be the Monday before Thanksgiving. Yep. Well, a short story more. Stan started smoking just out of high school. And he stupidly smoked for 3 years. Cold turkey stopped after 3 years. Yep. Then came across an old unsmoked cigarette butt 6 months later and continued smoking for another 15 years. A pack+/day of Camels. Sometimes Camel Filters, but usually just Camel. Until it started costing more to buy a pack of cigarettes than a gallon of gas. So he started smoking Bugler. Rolled his own for about a year. But gas prices kept getting closer and closer to packages of Bugler. So, after, overall, 18 years of smoking, Stan stopped, with the help of nicotine gum this time. And telling all of his smoking co-workers not to give him cigarettes. And unflavored gum. Why give himself *ANY* type of positive reinforcement with nicotine when trying to stop. Yep. After 18 years of stupidity, Stan finally stopped. Yep. About 11 years of staying away. And if Stan can do it, R-O-N can do it. Yep.
