Hmmmm....The week in review. We opened Monday in spite of the weather, and made new friends that braved the elements and came in for coffee and food! Thanks guys! Tuesday, we found out what it was like to have a full restaurant and a line! Fun, and thankfully we learned from a couple mistakes. Wednesday, Bobby came up with Tikka Masala Fish Tacos and we sold out! We will be serving those again! Thursday, we had a fantastic day of making new friends and serving some long time friends for the first time. Friday, Bobby said hey lets do the tacos again and we did, and we sold out again! He also smoked a side of salmon and we served Smoked Salmon with cream cheese on Freshly Baked Bagels! Saturday, we unveiled our BLEND COFFEE CAKE to fantastic reviews. This recipe has been in research and development for quite a while now. Bobby thinks its time we bring out the big guns. This Coffee Cake is The BIG GUN!!! Thank you for a great week! We look forward to serving you all this coming week! Look for some particular specials this coming week...hint...the smoker will be working overtime.
