Hola amigos, Desde Febrero 2015, dejare mi hermoso sobreatico en Rocafort (linea roja), con mucha tristeza, ya que he pasado unos años muy felices, pero he decidido mudarme en otra zona. Por esta razon me gusteria que alguien que conociera, se quedara con este pisito adorable, como hicieron conmigo. El piso es de 40m2 con una terracita privada de otros 40 m2, es muy muy soleado todo el dia, y se quedaria casi del todo amueblado/con electrodomesticos. (me llevaria solo unos muebles). Es perfecto para 1persona o 1pareja y el alquiler es de 500€, sin gastos, con contrato con agencia. Es una 7º planta y tiene ascensor, con a lado la terraza comunitaria con vista, y casi interamente usada de mí.
