Holding grudges is a lesson we learned, and it is a program in your subconscious. You need to find what programs you have of holding something from someone, or where it originated from and heal from it. First you need to learn the lesson again, however it is the positive side of holding something back from someone, it is learning to share. Has something been taken from you as a child, for a period of time, or just 5 times. It only takes 5 actions, words to imbed a program into our mindset. If something has been taken, the chance is higher that this personality holds things back from others, where slowly it moves into grudges, then the older we become, so does that negative lesson, it needs to be a balanced lesson, to have the love of the lesson. All we are missing when we have anger, Is the positive of the lesson, visiting the past to overcome things, all you have to do is accept the choices and decisions you made. How do you do that, with help of course. Everyone who has anger, lack a common denominator, the majority of their friends are negative. How is a positive spark going to survive, surrounded by so much darkness? It struggles and it struggles. Using my program to your benefit and myself treating you with the respect you deserve, giving you who I am. Yes I may ask some challenging questions, however the questions are for you to visit the core of your issues, I help you through the process and then you set some goals for that month, to overcome each issue, so you are able to go to the core issues with your confidence, self love and self esteem - tell your story to the ones that hurt us the worst and then decide, do I need them in my future or NO.
