Holiday Season gets us a bit busy. With friends and family over, it has been quite the task to work out. Exercise isnt a chore, its a choice. MAk some time for yourself. Even if you get down right in fron tof the tv, DO SOMETHING! Learn something from the Holiday Season and give to yourself. Health is undermined far too much. Enjoy many seasons to come but it starts NOW. Get to work! SQUAT THRUST CHALLENGE WEEK everyday for the next 5 days, do 20 squat thrusts with a standing hop as fast as you can. Time yourself. Now, try to beat your time from the day before. Everyday you are challenging yourself to maintain or finish faster! YOU GOT THIS! Squat thrust-begin in standing position, squat down, plant hands on floor and hop both feet back into a pushup/plank position. Hop feet back up towards hands and stand upright while simultaneously jumping straight up in the air to complete a standing hop. This is in conjunction with your already existing workout.
