Holly had twins this evening! And just like that, spring kidding season is over. Whew! 3 months after Polly started it all off in the middle of a 20 below zero night back in February. Fitting it should end an a beautiful sunny day in May. 17 does had 34 kids, 19 were doelings and 15 were bucklings. I will take those odds to the bank every year! We had our ups and downs. Some were textbook and easy. Some were extremely difficult, and tested our resolve. And only one kidded without my knowledge. A very good kidding season indeed!
