Holy Apostles is excited to announce our annual Celebration of Books this Sunday, March 16th through March 23rd. This year we are honored to have Father Maximos as our keynote speaker on Sunday-March 16th, Monday-March 17th and Tuesday-March 18th. Father Maximos is a monk of the Holy Monastery of Simonopetra on Mount Athos and a theology professor at Holy Cross in Brookline, where he received his M.A. and M. Div. He also holds a Ph.D. in Patristics and Historical Theology and has served as Assistant Professor of Theology at the Harvard Divinity School. Thousands of Orthodox books will be on display for all to browse and purchase for their library. Vesper Service will begin at 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 16th. Compline Services will be Monday and Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. Father Maximos will do his presentations after the services. The themes for each night are as follows: Sunday, March 16th--The Distracted Life Monday, March 17th--The Buried Seed Tuesday, March 18th--The Prayer of the Heart We are looking forward to seeing you!
